I head up the firm’s strategic pensions relationships, focussing on LCP’s future clients and key relationships.

I work across all of LCP’s service areas helping future LCP clients in finding the right solutions. In order to provide the correct advice, I build a strong relationship with LCP’s clients by understanding their needs and objectives.

My key areas of focus are LCP’s investment, insurance de-risking and actuarial practices across DB and DC schemes, where I also undertake CRM roles for key clients such as the Tesco pension scheme. I also set up and now coordinate the ‘LCP Professional Trustee Programme’. I work closely with key professional trustees across a number of firms placing me at the forefront of key discussions and industry developments.

I recently joined The Pensions Regulator's Diversity and Inclusion initiative and act as co-chair to one of the four sub-groups in driving D&I forward within the pensions industry. In my spare time I work as an executive coach under the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) - a qualification I completed in 2020 and which feeds into my role within LCP.

Prior to joining LCP, I spent seven years at Cardano, as part of the firm’s investment research team with a focus on great client service. I started my career at Goldman Sachs on the bank’s graduate scheme.

I grew up in Munich, Germany and is fluent in French, German and English.

Nathalie has an incredibly important quality of listening to, considering and genuinely understanding clients’ needs - and following up with exceptional delivery. This ultimately makes the difference between a good and a truly ‘great’ client relationship.
