Joining LCP in 2022, I am an employer covenant specialist with more than 8 years’ experience of advising trustees and sponsors in relation to employer covenant and DB pensions restructuring. I have advised on a wide range of scheme valuations, transactions and restructurings, including for several of the UK’s largest pensions schemes.

In 2017 I completed a six-month secondment to the Pensions Regulator as a Business Analyst where I provided covenant input on both live cases and policy. Through the secondment and regular ongoing interactions with TPR, I remain close to the continually evolving regulatory landscape for DB pensions and can advise on the latest developments, including Pension Scheme Act 2021 and TCFD.

I am a chartered accountant, qualifying with the ICAEW in 2013, and spent 12 years at PwC prior to joining LCP.
