I am a qualified pensions actuary with 10 years of experience, partnering with clients to provide advice on a diverse range of corporate pensions issues and employer covenant matters.
Having advised schemes ranging in size from the smallest to the largest in the country, I have a deep understanding of how the needs of each scheme and their sponsors can differ.
As a prominent member of LCP's M&A practice, I specialize in advising buyers, sellers, and trustees on the pension aspects of corporate transactions and restructuring. This includes carrying out due diligence on UK and overseas pension arrangements, assessing the impact on the trustee's perception of the employer covenant, and providing negotiation support.
