I joined LCP in 2008 as Finance Director after spending 20 years working for IBM in a variety of finance, marketing, operations and software development management roles, including time in the US HQ. 

I have a similar background to many of the actuaries here at LCP, as my first degree was in Maths from Cambridge University, and I almost became an actuary, before heading to IBM where I qualified instead as a Management Accountant.

I completed my MBA at Cranfield University in 2010, having won the Award for Excellence for the best overall results. 

I've got a strong understanding of the actuarial and pensions market, which I use in the business support of my colleagues as they work with their clients.
