Johan van Soest -
I am a senior consultant at LCP Netherlands, with more than 25 years' experience working as an actuary and financial planner. I advise companies and pension funds on all aspects of their pension arrangements including (re)designing pension schemes and international accounting. I also advise work councils about consent applications.
For the last two years I have also been a teacher on training programmes for pension fund managers.
Clients appreciate my ability to simplify their pension problems and to find understandable solutions together. Even very complex and challenging pension projects will become clear by translating it into manageable steps. I am pragmatic and direct, and always try to reach the best outcomes for my clients.
