My name is Jo, and I am a senior consultant in the specialist governance and secretariat team with 17 years' experience specialising in providing trustee secretarial, pensions management and governance support to trustee boards.

I have experience managing a variety of pension arrangements, including internal pension arrangements, multi-employer schemes and DB and DC arrangements for a large multinational client and its subsidiaries.

Clients appreciate my strong scheme secretary skills, and way of working with and managing service providers. They also value my ability to foster effective, professional working relationships with trustees and other key stakeholders.

I use my organised approach to ensure the decisions of trustee boards are properly recorded and implemented in a timely and efficient manner. I also use my experience and qualifications to manage complex roles and various stakeholders to allow trustees to confidently focus on the things that matter most. I like to analyse issues and ensure trustees are presented with viable solutions to problems, rather than just the problem itself.

I am a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute and also hold the Diploma in International Employee Benefits.
