I joined LCP’s specialist trustee and governance consulting team in January 2019 having worked in the pension industry since 2009.
I have consulting and trustee secretarial experience working with defined benefit, defined contribution and Group Personal Pension arrangements, across a wide range of industries. My responsibilities have included everything from governance and meeting management to strategy implementation projects including de-risking and wind-up exercises, working closely with both Trustees and Sponsors to ensure successful outcomes.
Since joining LCP, I have helped several trustee boards with their governance arrangements by facilitating risk management and board effectiveness reviews. I enjoy the collaborative process of working with trustees to realise their objectives for the pension scheme and helping them implement practical solutions to improve how they operate.
I completed the PMI Award in Pension Trusteeship (DB and DC Schemes) in October 2017 and am currently working towards completing the Advanced Diploma in Retirement Provision.
