Partner and Head of Pensions Administration
My name is Daren and I am a partner with over 25 years’ experience in the pensions industry.
I lead our excellent pensions administration department and am responsible for its strategic direction, developing our services as our clients’ needs evolve. A recent key initiative has been the development of our market-leading technology, providing clients and their members with much more meaningful information at their fingertips.
I am a highly experienced scheme secretary having, over the years, performed the role for a number of trustee boards.
I also lead a team specialising in reviewing benefit calculations performed by other administrators, whether this be a third-party provider or an in-house team. I find that reviewing a sample of calculations in this way can provide Trustees with a real insight into the administration service their members are receiving.
