The long-awaited General Code of Practice is due to come into effect next week. We are pleased to share an updated version of LCP and PLSA’s Made Simple Guide to Own Risk Assessments.
There is little guidance on how schemes should approach the ORA, what the finished product should look like and how smaller schemes can meet the requirements. The guide to the ORA aims to cut through some of the uncertainty around the ORA and to give practical tips on how to collate the information needed.
