Insight into employee benefits from HR decision makers

In 2016, we interviewed 100 senior HR decision makers across a range of business sectors to better understand why employers offer certain benefit arrangements, current trends, and the drivers for change.

The results of our survey show that there is clearly a desire among decision makers to build and improve on the current state of play. For many organisations employee benefits is gaining profile.

HR decision makers are keen to align benefits to the business needs, whilst at the same time ensuring that measurements of success are agreed with all key stakeholders at the outset. Most respondents are also looking to use technology to future proof their benefits package better understanding the needs of their employees.
