I am a Senior Consultant in LCP’s pensions practice, based in Winchester. I advise trustee and corporate clients on a wide range of issues, from tackling actuarial valuations in challenging economic environments to formulating wider strategic plans.

The most enjoyable part of my job is setting the actuarial jargon to one side, understanding my clients’ needs, and establishing a journey plan that targets their objectives. I have helped several of my clients narrow the gap to their ultimate target through a variety of methods – from robust valuation negotiations to benefit change exercises.

I joined LCP as a graduate in 2015, and qualified as an actuary in 2019. Aside from my client responsibilities, I am a member of our Strategic Journey Planning group, and I am involved in managing staff and recruitment on our pensions actuarial teams. I like to run, and my spare time is often filled up with training for the next marathon.
