I joined LCP’s specialist trustee secretarial and governance consulting team in 2019, having worked in a wide range of roles in the pensions industry since 1995. My prior experience ranges from third party administrators to in house pension manager roles.
As part of my role at LCP, I am responsible for providing professional trustee secretarial support to our client base to deliver a wide range of trustee secretarial, governance and risk services to trustees of pension schemes. In particular, as part of the specialist governance team, I help trustee boards and company sponsors on a number of governance issues such as assessing trustee effectiveness, risk management and trustee training to put in place practical solutions to improve their overall performance and governance.
I am a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute.
