I am an experienced Trustee Secretary and senior pensions consultant with experience working both in-house and in consultancies. I have been working in the pensions industry since graduating from university in 2006 and joined LCP in February 2018.

At LCP, my primary role is to provide specialist scheme secretarial and governance services to trustee boards. I help my trustee clients make best use of meeting time, to focus on the issues that matter to them and work collaboratively with their advisors to ensure that scheme business is managed effectively and progressed between meetings. I really enjoy building strong working relationships with my trustee chairs, trustees and their advisors.

My appointments cover schemes with sponsoring employers in a diverse range of market sectors, including banking and finance and the charity sector. Each has its own unique challenges and journey plan so I tailor my approach accordingly.

In addition to my scheme secretarial role, I provide specialist project management support to corporate and trustee clients. Examples include supporting a corporate client with a cessation of accrual project from beginning to end over a 12 month period, a trustee merger and wind up project and smaller projects, such as an member-nominated trustee selection exercises.

I am an associate of the Pensions Management Institute and I am a qualified PRINCE2 project manager.
