I am an experienced trustee secretary and senior pensions consultant with experience working in-house and at consultancies. I have been working in the pensions industry since graduating from university in 2006 and joined LCP in February 2018.

At LCP, I provide specialist scheme secretarial, pensions management, and governance services to trustee boards. I help trustee clients make best use of meeting time, to focus on the issues that matter to them and to work collaboratively with their advisors to ensure that scheme business is managed effectively. I really enjoy building strong working relationships with my trustee chairs, trustees, and their advisors.

My appointments cover schemes with sponsoring employers in a diverse range of market sectors, including banking and finance, and the charity sector. Each has its own unique challenges and journey plan, so I tailor my approach accordingly.

Alongside my scheme secretarial role, I provide specialist project management support to corporate and trustee clients. Examples include supporting a corporate client with a cessation of accrual project from beginning to end over a 12 month period, a trustee merger and wind up project, and many regular trustee projects, such as member-nominated trustee selection exercises.

I am an associate of the Pensions Management Institute and a PRINCE2 qualified project manager.
