I joined LCP in 2000 as a trainee pensions administrator and through a combination of LCP’s development programme and professional studies I have become a senior member of the Pensions Administration department and a team leader.
As part of my team leader role I look after staffing, recruitment and allocation of resource across the team’s client base.
My strong organisational skills and attention to detail, together with ensuring that robust processes and procedures are in place, help to deliver an efficient and high quality pensions administration service to a portfolio of clients.
I have worked on a wide range of clients with varying and often complex pension scheme structures and my experience is wide ranging. I am the client lead on a number of Occupational Defined Benefit schemes which involves attendance at Trustee meetings and liaising directly with members, Trustees, Employer representatives and other third parties on a daily basis.
I am also the appointed Trustee Secretary for one of my clients and enjoy helping my schemes through the ever-changing world of pensions legislation and the impact these changes have on their scheme.
LCP have a practical way of looking at things and cut through the noise on essential issues.
