I work with a wide range of clients advising them on all aspects of their pension arrangements, including funding strategy, liability management options, pensions taxation and pension scheme accounting.
As a member of LCP’s social housing team, I have helped a number of clients on the issues caused by participation in multi-employer schemes, whether that be the LGPS or those operated by TPT (SHPS, Growth Plan and ISPS etc). I have also been involved in providing details of pension arrangements as part of due diligence on mergers between associations.
I am also part of LCP's Employee Share Plans team, helping companies accounting for their employee share plans under IFRS2.
