Jon Courtman shares his notes on how we can re-imagine lifetime savings
Hey, I’m Jon. I help my clients come up with unique communications that fit their strategy and culture, so that their members and employees can really connect with their workplace savings. After all, what’s the point in having finely-tuned savings arrangements unless they’re properly understood?
I love writing, coming up with authentic content that complements my client’s voice, helping them connect with their members. I’ll work with design colleagues to transform the words into original and engaging material, so that we gain their attention, trust and ultimately their engagement.
There’s a step before this though, which is understanding the audience. By looking at data and running focus groups, we’ll know what message we need to get across and who we are talking to. Communications should be targeted and bespoke, so members can achieve their individual goals.
Clients particularly appreciate my calm attitude and ability to quickly build strong working relationships. Outside of work, I can usually be found out on the road cycling, or searching for the best place to get my coffee hit (and most of the time, combining the two).
