I am a lead covenant advisor who has significant experience advising both trustees and corporate sponsors on a number of issues relating to the employer covenant, ranging from triennial valuations to assessing the impact of corporate activity (eg mergers or acquisitions) in the context of the relevant regulatory requirements.

During my time at LCP, I have also been heavily involved in the development of innovative technology such as LCP Sonar. This is our bespoke risk profiling tool designed to help our clients understand the covenant, funding and investment risks of their pension scheme and how these risks interact with each other.  I am also an expert in assessing how climate risks and opportunities may impact upon corporate sponsors and ultimately upon a scheme’s journey plan.

Prior to joining LCP in 2018, I qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the ICAEW, having previously obtained a BSc in Economics and an MSc in Risk & Finance.
