My name is Hayley and I am a partner in the DC Communications team.

I work with clients to develop and implement effective strategies for communicating with Defined Contribution pension scheme members.

With over 18 years' experience working with clients to manage and communicate pensions change, I advise on the communication process - from understanding the audience using focus groups and segmentation tools through to effective channel selection, drafting text, developing and maintaining unique designs and managing delivery.

I am passionate about the importance of the member experience in all communication projects. I believe that targeted, tailored communications designed to educate and engage are the best way to help members make the right decisions for their circumstances and future goals.
