I have been with LCP for more years than most. In that time, I have gained extensive experience in the administration of private sector pension schemes.
With a hands-on approach, I take an active role in the on-going development and review of our procedures, systems and member communications.
Training and development is an important part of ensuring quality is maintained and also helps to keep our teams motivated. It’s also motivating for me too - I find helping to develop and run some of our many staff training sessions both enjoyable and a great way to keep in touch with our client and staff needs.
In these challenging times one has to think outside of the box. LCP do this.
