I am an expert covenant, pensions strategy and integrated risk advisor to trustees and corporate sponsors. As a Chartered Accountant with a combined MSc in Actuarial Science and Corporate Finance, I am able to combine actuarial, investment, financial and economic insights when advising my clients on their covenant strength.

I provide my clients with covenant advisory, strategic journey planning and integrated risk management advice. My broad experience includes advising on TPR regulatory actions, M&A transactions involving FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies, triennial covenant reviews, contingent asset structure and certification, scheme restructuring and flexible apportionment arrangements.

In addition I sit on LCP’s Pension Scheme Risk Management Group, and am the co-designer and the lead covenant advisor for LCP’s market leading interactive risk management tool LCP Sonar, designed to help trustees and sponsors understand their covenant, investment and funding risks and how they interact with each other.

My other passion is for diversity, having founded LCP's LGBT+ Network, which I now co-chair. This network forms a key part of the Diversity and Inclusion initiatives that are core to LCP’s corporate values. I believe that everyone can make a difference to improve inclusivity, equality and diversity - which is not only the right thing to do, but the smart thing to do. I am also a committee member of O:Pen, the pensions wide LGBT+ network.

I qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2015 with Saffery Champness in London, having previously graduated with an MSc in Actuarial Finance from Leeds University Business School, and a MA Cantab in Economics from Cambridge University, Gonville & Caius College.
