I joined LCP’s pensions administration department as a trainee in 2000. Today, I am client lead and primary contact for a range of LCP’s administration clients. I liaise directly with Trustees, employer contacts, members and their advisers on a daily basis delivering a high quality service on a wide variety of complex pension schemes.

I provide technical and systems support as a member of LCP’s Scheme Return and Client Website groups. I also chair the System User Group, which acts as a liaison point for the pensions admin department on IT related issues, aiding the development of internal systems, and the dissemination systems knowledge.

External appointments

• I am an Associate of the Pensions Management Institute (PMI) and provide study support for LCP’s PMI students.

LCP is expertly informed on pension fund administration, regulation, risk and investment options to support the future direction of the fund.
