I am a Consultant in the Client Communications team, working with Trustee and Corporate clients from a wide range of industries.

My initial interest in working in pension communications was to help scheme members to understand their pensions by writing in a clear and engaging way. That’s still something that’s important to me, but after a decade of working in the industry my interest in pensions has broadened and I enjoy developing communication strategies for clients and working on all aspects of a project from planning to implementation.

In my day-to-day work I typically work on regular scheme communications and member engagement, pension change (including consultations) and investment change communications. I work with DB, DC and hybrid schemes.

Before working in pensions I worked in the publishing industry as one of the editors of a reference book.

I’m currently studying for the PMI’s Advanced Diploma in Retirement Provision to enhance my technical knowledge of pensions.
