I lead the Pensions & Investment team within Digital Services and co-lead the department. The P&I team is responsible for building, maintaining and supporting the technology that supports our core business — primarily across Pensions Actuarial and Investment. The models we are responsible for include Visualise, Monitor, Online Transfer Values (OTV), our GMP equalisation arrears tool, Life Analytics and the calculation engine sitting behind our Pensions Administration system, Pulse.

I joined LCP in Pensions Actuarial in 2003 and qualified as an actuary in 2006 having worked primarily in Trustee consulting. I moved over to the development side shortly after and played a leading role in building Visualise. My background as an actuary and experience building technology means I'm in the rare position of having experience in both worlds, which helps me build an effective team, capable of delivering informative, powerful and innovative solutions to the business and our clients.
