As Head of People I have overall responsibility for making sure that the support and development of our people is at the heart of LCP’s business strategy as we continue to grow. I oversee the development of programmes to both support this and attract the best talent.
My client work is focused on advising corporate sponsors. As both an actuary and chartered certified accountant I use my blend of skills to help companies define and manage their pensions strategy. This includes managing benefit change and scheme design projects.
LCP have a practical way of looking at things and cut through the noise on essential issues.
