LCP CEO Aaron Punwani has been named as the winner of the “Transformational Leader” category for London and the South East in EY’s Entrepreneur Of The Year 2021 awards, recognising him as one of the most entrepreneurial leaders in the region.
The judging panel were impressed with LCP’s social impact and investment in people and the open way topical social justice matters around Diversity and Inclusion are tackled head on. Aaron was also praised for his adaptability as a leader and for helping the firm diversify into new areas.
Commenting on his win, Aaron Punwani said: “I am proud to lead such a dynamic firm which, whilst growing and transforming, still maintains a culture of respect and care to colleagues, clients and the wider community.
“As CEO, I see my role as being to facilitate innovation and development in an open and friendly environment, and so this award is testament to the hard work and dedication of LCP people who are the bedrock of our continued success. This is especially impressive in the context of the unique personal and professional challenges that the pandemic has presented us all with.”

As one of seven regional finalists in London and the South East, Aaron will now go through to the national finals of the award in October, when the UK winner of the awards will be announced.
