LCP’s specialist social housing pensions consulting team is growing, with the recent addition of Luke Hothersall.

Richard Soldan, partner and head of LCP’s social housing and not-for-profit team, commented: “I am delighted that Luke has joined LCP, bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team at a time when many associations will be looking to us for help and advice, particularly in response to the upcoming SHPS valuation results.

“We have seen strong demand for our services in this sector, driven by our clear advice, the depth of our expertise and the importance of pensions for many housing associations.”

Prior to joining LCP, Luke was heavily involved in the social housing pensions team at his previous employer and has spoken at numerous industry events.

Commenting on his new role, Luke said: “LCP’s reputation as a trusted and experienced adviser within the sector was a key factor in my decision to join.  I’m really looking forward to working with more housing associations to help them develop their pensions strategy at this important time.”
