The new partners
Erica Beltrami joined LCP in 2008 and has 12 years’ investment consultancy experience advising clients across a number of industries, providing clear advice to facilitate informed decision-making. Alongside her client work she is a key member of the equity team leading research across a wide range of equity management approaches.
Rachika Cooray joined LCP’s employee benefits consulting team in 2013 and leads our specialist trustee secretarial and governance consulting services. She has 10 years of experience helping trustee boards to better manage their schemes and consults on issues such as board effectiveness, risk management, trustee training and the management of advisers.
Yadu Dashora joined LCP as a graduate in 2009. He is a part of LCP’s specialist insurance de-risking practice advising both trustees and sponsors of pension schemes that are looking to reduce their longevity risk through buy-ins, buy-outs and longevity swaps. He has experience of a range of transactions from simple buy-ins to more complicated areas such as collateral structures and PPF+ buyouts.
David Fink joined LCP in 2012 and specialises in providing insurance de-risking advice to both trustee and corporate clients. He has helped clients complete both buy-in and buy-out transactions including some of the largest deals in the market - such as the buy-ins completed by the ICI Pension Fund.
Matt Gibson joined LCP in 2015 as head of investment research. He has over 20 years’ experience analysing and selecting investment managers across all asset classes. He researches and analyses investment ideas and managers to help LCP deliver the best results for our clients.
Gareth Goodram joined LCP in 2001 and worked within LCP’s actuarial and investment departments before specialising in online member modelling and communication tools, including the development of LCP Horizon. He combines his personal passion for web development with his technical actuarial knowledge to provide efficient innovative solutions and the best user experience for our clients and their members.
Stewart Mitchell joined LCP in 2016 and has almost 30 years’ experience working with some of the largest and best known international insurers. He has significant reserving expertise, covering the major international markets and all major classes of business.
Kate Sinclair joined LCP in 2012 and is the director of business development and marketing. She has over fifteen years’ experience marketing professional services firms, and is responsible for the planning and execution of LCP’s marketing strategy, in support of the firm’s strategic goals.
Victoria Snowden joined LCP as a graduate in 2008 and qualified as a Chartered Enterprise Risk Actuary (CERA) in 2013. She works with pension scheme trustees and corporate finance teams to manage UK pension plans including those with parent companies around the world. She helps her clients with liability management exercises, as well as regular scheme actuary and corporate accounting advice.
Jon Wolff joined LCP in early 2016 to head up our covenant services practice and has over ten years’ experience providing financial advice to both corporate clients and trustees. Prior to specialising in covenant matters he worked in the restructuring department of a financial advisory firm, having qualified as Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) in 2005.
