Once we have received your booking request, we will confirm that a place has been reserved for you and forward you an invoice payable on receipt.
Our courses are extremely popular. Please note, once we have issued an invoice for attendance at a course, we cannot give you a refund if you are no longer able to attend, as it is likely that we would have turned down other potential delegates while your place has been reserved. However, we would be happy for your place to be taken by one of your colleagues if you are unable to attend. It is essential that payment is received prior to the course.
