Projects – Strategy

Always listen to the experts. They'll tell you what can't be done and why. Then do it.
- Robert Heinlein

In formulating strategy it is important to stand back and analyse all potential options. Most organisations find that external advice is helpful to:

  • identify approaches adopted by other organisations;
  • assess objectively the full range of options from a position of detachment; and
  • explain the implications of various strategies to management.

Our consultants have the wide-ranging experience needed to lead a strategy review and can prepare a detailed business case for your favoured solution(s). Examples include:

  • planning for a new pension or benefit scheme (including flexible benefits);
  • considering whether to insource or outsource administration; and
  • appraising capital expenditure requests such as a system replacement.
