Pensions Administration – Staff

Our staff are our greatest asset, and we place great emphasis on their formal training and informal development. We attempt to encourage staff to expand not only their pensions knowledge but also in other areas to which they are well suited, such as systems or training. This approach helps to maintain the low turnover of staff we have experienced over the years.

As a result of steady growth, we currently employ in excess of 60 staff within pensions administration. Nearly a fifth of these are Pensions Management Institute (PMI) qualified, with a further quarter part qualified and actively working to complete their exams. Of the rest, most have either already obtained or are working towards obtaining the QPA qualification.

We regularly run internal training sessions both for the professional examinations and other technical issues. Where relevant, staff are encouraged to attend conferences and seminars.
