Prepare formal documents, arrange for their completion and obtain copies of relevant personal legal certificates.

Organise payment of the transfer.

Pension payments Calculate the annual pension increases.

Prepare statements or letters to pensioners.

Communication Provide information in the form of statements or personalised letters on scheme notepaper, for signature by the Trustees or any other authorised signatory.

Produce statements for employed, and when required, deferred scheme members to an agreed specification

Prepare the Trustees' Annual Report, in accordance with statutory requirements.

Maintain a help line to deal with member queries.

Run pensions clinics or presentations to explain benefits to members.

Distribute sundry information to members.

Statutory requirements Complete the appropriate forms required by government departments and deal with any queries.

Bookkeeping and accounting Maintain bank accounts and cash flow planning.

Collect and reconcile contributions.

Prepare draft annual accounts, in accordance with statutory requirements.

Arrange for the audit of annual accounts by the appointed auditors.

Trustee secretarial services Act as Secretary to the Trustees.

Attend Trustees' meetings.

Other services Manage the processing of divorce cases in connection with pension sharing or earmarking.

Liaise with AVC providers and other third parties.

Organise annuity purchase and risk benefit insurance.
