LCP’s Employee Benefits Consulting (EBC) team can guide you through the maze of design, implementation and ongoing management of the different parts of an employee’s remuneration package. When undertaking projects to improve the way benefits are provided we help clients understand the nature of the risks involved, and to put in place strategies to effectively and efficiently minimise the risk of change.
We assist both Trustees and Employers in meeting their objectives by providing advice on:

- Procurement
- Project management
- Communication
- Governance and risk management
- Operational effectiveness and cost control
We work in conjunction with other LCP departments to provide holistic management, communication and governance solutions to clients. We are problem solvers. We act as the missing jigsaw piece and often become involved when clients do not understand the problems they face or how to resolve them.
Often clients are in need of extra experienced resource to assist in delivering against key change objectives. Here we assist by providing:

- An outsourced pensions manager
- Temporary resources
