LCP’s Employee Benefits Consulting (EBC) team can guide you through the maze of design, implementation and ongoing management of the different parts of an employee’s remuneration package. When undertaking projects to improve the way benefits are provided we help clients understand the nature of the risks involved, and to put in place strategies to effectively and efficiently minimise the risk of change.

We assist both Trustees and Employers in meeting their objectives by providing advice on:
