For many of our clinical negligence clients we provide a full service including reserving, pricing, capital setting and reinsurance strategy. This level of involvement with our clients, combined with our long history in this area has allowed us to develop a deep understanding of this type of business across all medical specialties within both the public and private sector.
We have also advised government bodies on clinical negligence policy issues, contributed to industry wide reviews such as Lord Justice Jackson's review on the cost of civil litigation and provided expert witness reports in key cases.
