Andy joined LCP in 1997 after graduating with an honours degree in mathematics from the University of Nottingham. He is a qualified actuary and became a partner in 2007.
Andy advises a wide range of clients, operating in a variety of industries, on many aspects of pension provision. He has a wide variety of experience helping companies with regard to scheme design and in particular, the issues surrounding closing to accrual and other de-risking options.
Andy manages one of the four actuarial teams in London and is involved in the recruitment of actuarial staff. He is also responsible for the technical training given to staff in their early years at LCP.
