Andrew joined the LCP Employee Benefits Consulting practice from Mercer in 2007. He is responsible for delivering project management, procurement, data cleaning, service delivery strategy and change management engagements for a diverse range of clients including investment banks, insurance companies, privatised utilities, retailers and manufacturing organisations.

As an experienced PRINCE2 project manager, Andrew has worked on a multiple of complex pension and benefit projects in the UK and overseas, including the Caribbean, US and South Africa.
Andrew specialises in helping pension clients benchmark and select advisors and service providers, including administrators, lawyers, independent trustees, investment consultants and fiduciary managers. In addition, he has conducted research into and provided procurement advice on the operational capabilities of the bundled Defined Contribution and Buy-Out market in the UK in relation to their systems, people and processes.
Andrew is also responsible for delivering the LCP Online Governance System (LOGS), which helps reduce the governance burden on Trustees, reduces costs, streamlines risk management and saves time.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree in Actuarial Science from City University in London, and is married with two young daughters.
