Aaron joined LCP in 1996 and became a partner in January 2002. He has a first class honours degree in Mathematics from Oxford University and became a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries in 1999.
Aaron is Head of LCP Trustee Consulting, our specialist practice focusing on pensions issues that are of concern to trustees. He is also LCP's Strategy Director and a member of the firm's Board and Executive Committee.
Aaron is a Scheme Actuary and works with a wide range of clients on all aspects of their pension arrangements. Aaron has been at the forefront of the development of many of LCP's new services and tools, including LCP SPRINT, the LCP Prudence Index and our Employer Covenant Consulting Service. He has particular expertise in analysing the funding implications of following different and dynamic investment strategies, for both trustees and corporate sponsors.
In his spare time, Aaron enjoys playing tennis, squash and snooker.
