17 April 2009
Lane Clark & Peacock LLP (LCP), the leading firm of consulting actuaries, has promoted Kevin Frisby and Adam Michaels to partners within its award-winning Investment Consulting practice.
Kevin Frisby, a qualified chartered accountant, joined LCP in 2008, and advises trustee and corporate clients on the formulation and implementation of investment strategies for their pension schemes. He has been at the forefront of the development of innovative strategies, most notably in the fields of liability driven investment and portable alpha. He also leads LCP’s research on Diversified Growth managers.
Adam Michaels joined LCP in 2004. As well as advising a wide range of trustees and companies on pension scheme investment strategy, he is part of the Alternative Assets panel, leading LCP’s research into tactical asset allocation and infrastructure investment.
Ken Willis, partner and head of LCP Corporate Investment Consulting said: “In the current turbulent environment, our corporate and trustee clients rely on us more than ever to give them the very best advice on their investment strategies.
Kevin and Adam have helped establish our reputation for practical, bespoke and robust advice and their promotions are well deserved.”
LCP won the ‘Best Strategy for Investment Advice on Pensions’ at this year’s Corporate Adviser magazine awards. Judges praised LCP’s “rigorous approach to risk and cutting-edge range of modelling tools, saving scheme managers time while ensuring the best outcome for members”.
