Stage one – application form

Stage two – assessment day
Shortlisted graduates will be invited to take part in our one day assessment process.
This day is meant as a two way process – it will not only give us a chance to meet and
get to know you but it will also give you the opportunity to see our offices, location,
people, how we work and give you a general feel for LCP. The format would usually include:
- a group exercise
- two formal interviews (typically with a consultant and partner)
- opportunity to meet people within LCP of varying levels
- an abstract reasoning test
- an office tour
- a chance to meet with recent graduates over lunch
Abstract reasoning test
The abstract reasoning test gives you a chance to demonstrate your ability to solve problems.
We don’t expect you to do any prep for this but you can download a
test taker's guide for some additional information.
Lunch
Lunch with our graduates is a great chance for you to hear of their experiences with LCP.
How quickly they settled in, the industry, the work, the exams and of course the social side!
Feel free to be frank and ask any questions you may have in a non-assessed environment.
Stage three - selection
We don’t believe in keeping you ‘hanging on’ so will let you know quickly following the
assessment day whether we’ll be offering you a position.
