Training & Development - On the job experience
As well as technical and non-technical skills training, we also appreciate the importance of on the job training. This may take the form of technical lunches (updating staff on new legislation, current issues and exam-related tutorials) or coaching/mentoring where members of the department consult with recognised 'experts' within the team on various matters.
Early client contact is actively encouraged at LCP. Students have annual budgeted time covering attendance at client meetings and other on the job experience.
