Pensions administration trainees

Pensions administration trainees Our core business is advising on all aspects of occupational pensions schemes. We recruit trainees each year to work in our London and Winchester pensions administration departments.

What we offer

Working in pensions administration at LCP, you will be part of a team of committed professionals who give the client the best possible service. Each day is spent working on a number of clients leading to a variety in the type of work performed. As you develop you will take on more responsibility for the clients that you work on. This leads to a real sense of client ownership and individual growth as you learn more about pensions in general.

"As an individual I feel that my pensions knowledge is always being stretched and that I have learnt far more in the time spent here than in my previous pension job. I feel that the extra knowledge gained and the additional responsibility will enable me to maximise my potential within a growing company."

Paul, Pensions administrator

The firm places a great deal of importance on passing the professional exams. These exams are challenging and require hard work but you will be given lots of help and encouragement to make working for them a priority. This takes the form of in-house training sessions and on the job training.

"The training I have received has been structured and thorough, covering all aspects of the pensions world. I am currently studying towards the QPA exams and LCP has supported and encouraged me in seeking to gain these professional qualifications."
