As part of our commitment to providing our clients with a consistently high quality service, we recently commissioned Brand Research and Development to repeat our client satisfaction survey. Over 100 clients participated overall and we are delighted with the results. Key findings include:-

  • Nearly 9 out of 10 clients are “very satisfied” or better.
  • Over two thirds of clients who have experience of other consultants believes that LCP's services are significantly better.
  • Nearly two thirds of client contacts have recommended LCP to a colleague or a contact at another organisation.

To ensure we remain focused in providing structured, cost-effective solutions to meet our clients’ needs, the survey will be repeated again in the future.
